in Lake Mary, FL. The company was founded by Ron L. Nation, MAI, SRA,
in 1991 to provide real estate appraisal and consulting services, eminent
domain, leasing services, real estate sales, mortgage brokerage services
and property management. In 1999, JVI began offering management, marketing
and consulting services and became the majority partner in the Southeast
Alliance of Foreclosure Specialists (SAFS), a prime Management & Marketing
(M&M) contractor for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development
(HUD) for the entire state of Florida, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin
Islands for over five years.
JVI has been certified as a participant in the U.S. Small Business Administration’s
8(a) program, with a July 2004 graduation, as well as a Small Disadvantaged Business
(SBD). With an established team of real estate appraisers and professionals,
extensive experience in all types of valuation projects and the establishment
