JVI Solutions, LLC is a professional, minority owned, appraiser founded, and operated management organization offering nationwide appraisal and inspection services. In 1991, Ron L. Nation, MAI, SRA founded JVI and now serves as Chief Executive Officer of JVI Solutions, LLC. Ron created JVI to provide real estate appraisal and consulting services to a wide variety of local and national clients including banks, insurers, government agencies and more. In 2008, federal regulators implemented a code of conduct for appraisers that stressed “appraiser independence”, giving the appraisers the ability to develop their values without the pressure of meeting a number for loan purposes. This much needed regulation put JVI in a class of our own and a “code of conduct” we had always abided by substantiated by having no part in the origination appraisals that contributed to the housing meltdown. Under Ron’s leadership, JVI has assembled a team of experts and achieved an enviable track record. JVI currently performs valuations for nationwide clients on an on-going basis and has diversified from foreclosure appraisal services to origination, analytics and inspection services. The future of JVI is to be the industry’s most preferred appraisal, inspection, and solutions provider nationwide.
